             While we were inspecting the hall we had a heavy rain shower and it showed up a large number of leaks.  Two major leaks from the gulleys and another from the chimney stack causing a damp area on the inside wall.  The flat roof over the door is currently protected with some sheeting (this was originally damaged by vandalism) but the ceiling inside has collapsed and needs repair.  We are trying to apply for funding to have the roof replaced, however at this time there is no guarantee this will be available.

The quotes we have had for replacement of the roof are between and  £17,000 & £20,000
