The kitchen has been completely replaced which included having to replace the gas central heating boiler at a total cost of £5,100.  Unfortunately a lot of this work has been badly damaged due to a burst pipe that was not discovered for a period of time.  This has damaged the flooring and plasterwork on the walls which are now covered with mould.  This damage will hopefully be rectified by a claim on our insurance.
