Stambridge Memorial Hall  

In the last year Stambridge Parish Council have become Custodian Trustees, now Management Trustees and have set up a Hall Committee which also includes two residents.This committee will run the day to day management of the Hall.

The hall is run as charity and is therefore monitored by the charities commision.

A lot of work has been carried out over the last couple of months but there is still an enormous amount of work to be done before the hall can be opened.  This has not been helped by the recent problems caused by the kitchen flood and the discovery of a number of leaks and the poor condition of the roof.

Until the hall is available for hire there is no income and as such all repairs have to be financed by various funding requests through the local council.  Any donations of money, materials and/or labour to enable us to get the hall open would be greatly appreciated.
